Friendly staff, always eager to help. Delicious food offerings, especially the fish burger. Convenient location with access to various surf spots. Spacious and quiet rooms with great views and a beautiful pool

We had an opportunity to explore kabalana beach as it's set 15 minutes' walk away. We loved the beautiful view. Location, walking distance to all attractions. We had fun in the a swimming pool of the hotel.
Nothing not to love.

The room was nice and there's a pool, plus it's close to Lapoint Surf Camp and a 25-minute walk to the train station in the area.

We had an very nice stay right on the sea front. The hotel facilities weresuper clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed being able to easily walk down the beach and explore the area. Parking and transportation were also very convenient.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the hotel provided flip flops and cotton robes which was a nice touch. the hotel offered breakfast with a beautiful view of the ocean and it was an excellent way to start the day.
the location was not ideal as we were far away from the city center and not close to any tourist attractions.

This hotel has an excellent location, with breathtaking views of the beach. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning and effective WiFi. the staff is attentive and always willing to help. the breakfast is served in a beautiful outdoor area right by the beach, offering a lovely dining experience. the pool is a great facility, and the hotel provides adapters.
The waiting time for the food in the restaurant can be quite long.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the ocean with stunning sunsets and local fishermen. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, providing enhanced comfort and relaxation. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome during our stay. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

Spent Christmas in a hotel with great staff who were very helpful. The rooms were well equipped with nice touches like slippers and toiletries, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel had direct access to a beautiful beach and we enjoyed watching fishermen on stilts from our balcony. The food was also excellent with a choice of Sri Lankan or western style breakfast.
Although the hotel was well-maintained, it was overpriced and lacked luxury touches we expected. Some areas were looking worn and there was no bar or indoor seating options for when it rained.
